I help adults heal the deep identity-level wounds that still shape how they see themselves, their relationships, and their worth.

Clients Often Struggle With
Many of my clients come to me carrying wounds that were created in childhood or relationships where they should have been safe. These experiences often leave them with painful, deeply rooted beliefs, such as:
- “I’m broken”
- “Something is fundamentally wrong with me”
- “I’m too much” or “I’m not enough”
- “I don’t deserve love”
- “I can’t trust anyone – not even myself”
- “If people really know me, they’d leave me”
These beliefs show up in everyday life as:
- Difficulty setting boundaries
- Feeling guilty for having needs
- Choosing partners who are unavailable, critical, or emotionally unsafe
- Feeling anxious, shut down, or overwhelmed in relationships
- Perfectionism
- People-pleasing
- Emotional numbness
- Emotional intensity
- A longing for connection paired with fear of being hurt again
How I Help
I use EMDR therapy and DBT to help you heal the emotional injuries that still live in your body and shape your identity. Together, we’ll reprocess the experiences that taught you you’re unworthy, release the shame you’ve carried for years, and build the emotional regulation and self-trust you need to feel grounded and whole.
